(This is suitable for adults only. This is NOT a clean show.)
The character of Ever-loving Sister Quintella is an 87-year-old bible-toting great-grandmother from Kosciusko, Mississippi. This character is inspired and mentored by LaWanda Page (Aunt Esther) from the classic TV show, "Sanford & Son," and is portrayed by the award-winning comedian DaVee McNish.
DaVee brought Sister Quintella to life in 1985 and to the stage in 1986, winning first place in talent competition. Sister Quintella went on to receive standing ovations at such prestigious venues as the famous Apollo Theatre, and winning numerous film and stage awards.
Sister Quintella has been featured on several episodes of the "Roseanne" show.
Critics say, "Call the paramedics, because this feisty octogenarian will make you die laughing!"
